🚫Contact Suppression and Exclusion

You can exclude and suppress contacts from receiving a funnel message by selecting suppression lists you've previously uploaded, or by selecting segments or contacts that have had a tag applied to them

Any contact that exists in the selections on the suppression tab page will not receive the funnel message

Use the dropdown next to each category to add contacts to suppress

To remove selections you have made, simply click on them as shown in the example below
