💫Resume an incomplete broadcast

To resume a broadcast that was interrupted or incomplete

1. Make a segment and Select "Message Engagement" from the add rule bar

2. Select "Received a message" from the dropdown next to "Pass if contact"

3. Select the name of the incomplete broadcast you want to resume

4. Save and exit

5. Duplicate the incomplete broadcast by clicking "Duplicate" on the Actions button

6. Add the segment you created to "Suppression and Exclusion" on the broadcast recipients page

7. Click 'Calculate Suppression' to verify the new contact list count seems correct

This will prevent successfully delivered recipients from receiving a second email.
